ABOUT THE SHOW:

Will Simmonds is a die-hard sports creative and media professional who got his start courtside as a Ball Boy for the Indiana Pacers—an experience that shaped his passion for behind-the-scenes sports storytelling. From wiping down hardwood to watching NBA legends up close, Will learned early what it takes to work in professional sports.

Now a Sports Management student at Indiana University, Will has expanded his resume to include social media content creation for IU Athletics, graphic design for high school teams across the Midwest, and founding NextPhase—a company dedicated to helping school sports programs build their brand and boost community engagement.

Whether it’s through design, storytelling, or strategy, Will brings a unique perspective from the locker room to the digital world, blending hustle, creativity, and a courtside seat to the action.
