Jamie and Molly welcome their first guest, Lindsay Christians, to the show! Lindsay is a food editor and arts writer for the Cap Times in Madison, WI. She is also the author of Madison Chef’s and co-author of Osteria Papavero Cookbook and the host of her own podcast The Corner Table. The new season of her podcast focuses on the season 21 of Top Chef that highlights Wisconsin food culture. Lindsay talks about her personal experiences with the iconic cooking show and, of course, what she’s reading.
