1. SPONSOR
The 2025 SPEAK Worldwide Creator Conference Free Admission Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by SPEAK, located at 2352 S. Park Street, Madison, WI 53713. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third party unless explicitly stated.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on the start date and ends on February 26, 2025. Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must complete the form on this page: https://speak.studio/speakwwcc. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
Each winner will receive one free admission to the 2025 SPEAK Worldwide Creator Conference (approximate retail value: $799). Travel, lodging, and any other expenses related to attending the event are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitutions are allowed.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on February 27, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone within five days of selection. If a winner does not respond within three days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
10. WINNER LIST
To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 2352 S. Park Street, Madison, WI 53713 within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
